Usage Precautions:

1. This machine is designed for 24-hour continuous operation. The output shaft rotates in the opposite direction to the input shaft in single-stage configurations.

2. The output shaft cannot withstand axial forces. In applications where overload may occur, an overload protection device should be installed.

3. The reducer must be installed on a vibration-free, very stable horizontal foundation. During installation, shims can be used for adjustment. In addition to connecting the base to the foundation with high-strength anchor bolts, positioning pins should be used for reinforcement.

4. When connecting the reducer to matching machinery with a coupling, the concentricity of the two shaft centerlines must not exceed the allowable range of the coupling.

5. Before formal use, the installed reducer must undergo a trial run. Start with no-load operation to ensure normal performance, then gradually increase the load.
